Building a creative studio in Lisbon: 2 open creative roles

Ensaio is a new in-house performance creative studio in Lisbon. It’s a team of 7 that will ship around 200 ready-to-launch ads a month for several telecom brands, with strategy, production and media buying in the same room, and every result feeding the next brief.
Ensaio is looking for creative people who are at ease with technology and AI, and we’re opening two creative roles, with more to come (graphic and motion designers next):
- Creative Strategist, performance / direct response (€38–47k)
- Creative Producer / Marketing Coordinator (€30–38k)
Both roles are based in Lisbon: we welcome candidates from abroad who are ready to relocate, and partial remote is negotiable.
